Key Points about TS EAMCET:

Provisional Answer Key: Initially, the provisional answer key for TS EAMCET 2024 has been released. Candidates can raise objections regarding the Agriculture & Pharmacy answer key.
Final Answer Key: After reviewing the objections, the final answer key will be published along with the TS EAMCET 2024 results.

Application Form: The TS EAMCET 2024 application form is available online. Candidates who have completed or are appearing for their 10+2 exams in 2024 can apply. The application process includes registration, form filling, document uploads, and fee payment.

Exam Details:

Notification and Exam Dates: JNTUH has released the TS EAMCET 2024 notification and exam dates on their website. Note that the exam name has been updated to TS EAPCET.
Preparation: Candidates are advised to use previous years’ question papers with solutions for preparation.

Counselling:

Candidates who qualify based on their TS EAMCET 2024 results will be eligible for the counselling process. Detailed information on how to apply, eligibility criteria, syllabus, exam pattern, preparation tips, admission process, results, and counselling can be found on the official website.

Admission Process:

Candidates are allotted seats based on their TS EAMCET marks and rank through an online centralized counselling process. To be ranked, candidates must score at least 25% of the maximum marks. However, there is no minimum qualifying mark for SC/ST candidates.

TS EAMCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for TS EAMCET 2024, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Nationality

Must be an Indian National, a Person of Indian Origin (PIO), or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holder.
Must belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
Must satisfy the local/non-local status requirements as per the Telangana/Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 and its amendments.

Age Limit

Must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.
The upper age limit is 22 years, or 25 years for SC/ST candidates, as of December 31 of the admission year.

Course-Specific Eligibility

For Engineering, Bio-Tech (Dairy Technology), BTech (Ag. Engineering), and 50% seats in B. Pharmacy, BTech (Food Science and Technology), B.Sc (Commercial Agri & Business Management):
- Must have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana/Andhra Pradesh, or equivalent.
- Alternatively, must have passed or appeared for the final year of a Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana/Andhra Pradesh, or equivalent.
- Must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category) in the specified subjects in the 10+2 exam.
- For Engineering and Pharmacy courses, candidates must be at least 16 years old by December 31 of the admission year, with no upper age limit.
- For BTech (Dairy Technology), BTech (Ag. Engineering), BTech (Food Science), and B.Sc (Commercial Agri & Business Management), candidates must be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the admission year, with an upper age limit of 22 years (25 years for SC/ST).
For B.Sc. (Ag.), B.Sc. (Hort.), B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.F.Sc., and the remaining 50% seats in BTech (Food Science), B.Sc. (Commercial Agri & Business Management):
- Must have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or equivalent with any two/three of the following subjects:
  - B.Sc. (Ag.) and B.Sc. (Hort.): Physical Sciences, Biological/Natural Sciences, Agriculture, Vocational Course in Agriculture.
  - B.V.Sc. & A.H.: Physical Sciences, Biological/Natural Sciences.
  - B.F.Sc.: Physical Sciences, Biological/Natural Sciences, Vocational Course in Fishery Sciences.
  - BTech (Food Science): Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or Physical Sciences and Biological/Natural Sciences.
  - B.Sc. (Commercial Agri & Business Management): Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or Physical Sciences and Biological/Natural Sciences.

Note

Regardless of the subjects taken in the qualifying examination, candidates seeking admission to the above courses must appear for Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in TS EAMCET 2024.

Agriculture and Medical Courses (AM stream): For candidates with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects in their Intermediate or equivalent course. Applicable for BSc (Hons) Agriculture/BSc (Hons) Horticulture/BSc (Forestry)/BVSc & AH/BFSc/BTech (FT)/BPharm/BTech (Bio-Technology) (BiPC)/Pharm-D (BiPC) courses.
